Your next bill will be issued after your electricity meters are read. The approximate date for your next meter read is listed on the third page of your bill within "Bill Messages" and is also available online in My Account.

You can also register with Ergon Energy Network to receive SMS and/or email alerts 24 hours before your meter’s due to be read. You will need your NMI, which can be found on the front page of your bill within "My Account Details".
