Why have my letters and notices changed?

We've updated our designs for letters and notices to align with customer feedback as well as the Australian Energy Regulator's (AER) new Better Bills Guideline, which also includes a new look bill.

The new simplified letters and notices make it even easier to understand the communications we send directly to you.
