Payment options

Every Queensland business is different. Whether you own a café and make daily trips to the bank or run a cattle station out of town, we offer a range of payment options to suit the way you do business.

Online via Credit or Debit Card

Pay your bill online with Visa or Mastercard via our BPOINT portal. You'll need the BPOINT reference number shown on the payment slip of your bill. You will also need to select a biller code from the drop down menu, please use the BPAY biller code number.

Online with My Account

View and pay your bills the quick and easy way by logging into My Account. You can pay with Visa or Mastercard. We don't charge any credit card processing fees.

Direct Debit

When you set up Direct Debit, your bills are paid automatically on the date you choose. You can either pay the full quarterly amount, or break it down into weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments.

You can quickly and instantly setup or change a Direct Debit on your bank account or credit card via My Account.

BPAY®

Pay your bill directly from your bank account, either by phone or online. If you're not already set up for Internet and phone banking, contact your bank.

To make the payment, you'll need the biller code number and BPAY reference number shown on your bill's payment slip. Using the right BPAY reference number ensures we credit your account on time so check you have your up-to-date BPAY reference number before paying.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

With EFT, you can transfer money directly from your bank account to our bank account. To arrange EFT, please call us on 1300 135 210

By phone with credit card

Phone us on 1300 363 214 and have your credit card and bill ready. We accept Visa, Debit, or MasterCard for payments between $20 and $10,000.

Cheque or money order

Mail your cheque or Australia Post money order along with the bottom section of your bill, to the address shown. Remember that your cheque may take three to seven days to clear.

Pay in person

If you're a Queensland customer, you can pay your bill in person at an Australia Post office. Visit the Australia Post website for office locations.
