What you can do in My Account
- View your billing and usage
- Update your account details
- Update your dog details
- Switch to e-Bill
To register, simply visit My Account, click ‘Register here’ and follow the prompts. You'll need your account number handy, which can be found in the top left hand corner of your bill.
You’ll also undergo multi-factor authentication, and a verification email will be sent from us on firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm your My Account registration, adding an extra layer of security to your account.
