Updating your details
You can quickly and easily update your account and access details online.
Apply for the rebate/concession
If you consider that you may be eligible to receive the Queensland Government Electricity Rebate, you can find out if you're eligible and apply.
Request a refund
If your account is in credit you can request a refund. Solar credits on your account will be automatically refunded by cheque every 12 months, but you can request a credit refund at any time.
