If you’re having trouble registering for My Account, make sure you enter your account number exactly as it appears on the front of your bill (you'll find your account number in the Account Details section of your bill). The account number will start with an A- and then have a mixture of uppercase letters and numbers e.g. A-123A1234. Ensure you have no spaces before, within or after the account number.
