I’m having trouble logging into My Account. What should I do?

If you’re having trouble logging into My Account, here’s some things to try:

  • Check you don’t have the caps lock on, as the email and passwords are case sensitive
  • Make sure you don’t have a space at the end of your email address or password
  • If you’ve forgotten your My Account password, you can reset it via the Forgot your password page
  • If you've forgotten the email address you registered with, please see how to find out your email address.
  • If you've been locked out of My Account due to multiple login attempts, it will reset after one hour and you can try logging in again. If you were locked out of My Account and have now reset your password, please wait one hour for My Account to unlock before using your new password.
