How do I register for My Account?

General registration tips

To register for My Account simply visit the Register page and follow the prompts. You'll need your account number handy, which can be found in the top right hand corner of your bill.

You’ll be prompted to set a password, which must be a minimum of 8 characters including 1 upper case, 1 number and 1 special character.

To use My Account, you’ll need:

  • Internet Explorer 10 or later
  • Safari (iPhone/iPad/Mac)
  • Google Chrome (PC/Mac and most Android phones)

Registration tips for businesses

When you register, you’ll be asked if you have a residential or business account:

  • If you’re an employee registering on behalf of a company or organisation, please select the ‘Business’ option
  • If you’re a sole trader, please select the ‘Residential’ option
