Eligible cards:
- Pensioner Concession Card issued by Centrelink or the Department of Veterans' Affairs
- Department of Veterans’ Affairs Gold Card issued by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs and receive;
- Totally and Permanently Incapacitated (TPI); or
- War Widow/Widower
- Including Special Rate Disability Pension (SRDP) and wholly Dependent Partner Payment (WDP)
- Queensland Seniors Card
- Commonwealth Health Care Card
- Australian Government ImmiCard, with asylum seeker status.
