Our guidelines

To ensure everyone feels welcome on our Ergon Energy Retail social media pages, please keep in mind our guidelines:

  1. Respect others – Please don't post anything that may be viewed as offensive or obscene.
  2. Protect your privacy – Please don't share personal information on our wall such as your account number or contact details. If you need help with your account, please get in touch with us via direct message, email customerservice@ergon.com.au or call 13 10 46.
  3.  Keep on topic – Please keep comments relevant to the conversation and don't post spam.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to delete any comments that don't comply with our guidelines, or which we otherwise think are inappropriate, and if required block users.
