Accessing information from us

Here are some of the different ways you can access information from us:

Making a formal application

The Right to Information (RTI) process is a statutory one and should generally only be used as a last resort. Before making a formal application, it is recommended that you first contact us to discuss your request. We may be able to provide the information you need.

If you are unable to find the information you are seeking on our website or by requesting it informally, you may wish to make a formal application. If you would like to make a formal application for access to documents, please complete a Right to Information and Information Privacy Access Application (PDF).
