The approximate date for your next meter read is listed on the top right hand corner of your bill and is also available online in My Account.
Sample only. This is an approximate date - once your read is getting close (within 3 business days) you can find out the actual date via our Ergon Network's website. You will need your NMI, which can be found on your bill and in My Account under ‘Usage and metering’.
Please note: Meter read dates may still vary due to bad weather, injury and other unforeseen events.
