Pay online (no login required)

Pay using Visa or Mastercard through our secure BPOINT payment page.

Just add the BPOINT reference number and biller code from your bill and you’re good to go.

Online with My Account

See and pay your bills anytime in one simple place.

It’s easy to use, with no credit card fees. Visa and Mastercard accepted.

Direct Debit

Set up Direct Debit once and your bills are paid automatically on the date you choose.

You can pay the full bill when it’s due, or spread payments weekly, fortnightly or monthly to suit your cash flow.

Set up or manage Direct Debit using your bank account or credit card in My Account.

Direct Debit is made available under the terms and conditions of our Direct Debit Request Service Agreement (PDF 58.6 kb).

BPAY®

Pay your bill straight from your bank account using internet or phone banking.

It’s a secure and familiar option that lets you choose when you pay.

How to pay:

  • Use the biller code and BPAY reference number shown on your bill
  • Make sure you use your latest reference number so your payment is credited on time.

Pay via phone

Pay your bill at any time of the day or night through our self-service phone line. We accept Visa or MasterCard for payments between $1 and $10,000. Please call with your bill details and card ready.

Centrepay

Did you know your energy bill can be paid directly out of Centrelink payments? You can setup this free service by contacting Services Australia. Our Customer Reference Number (CRN) is 555 057 119C.

Cheque/money order via mail

Mail your cheque or Australia Post money order along with the bottom section of your bill, to the address shown. Remember that your cheque may take three to seven days to clear.

Electronic funds transfer (EFT)

Pay your bill by transferring money directly from your bank account to ours.

Pay in person

You can pay your bills in person at an Australia Post office. Visit the Australia Post website for office locations.
