Queensland is a vast place spanning thousands of kilometres. Supplying electricity to communities at the fringe of Queensland’s electricity grid presents some unique challenges.

To improve the reliability and quality of supply to our customers at fringe of the electricity grid, we’re embracing the benefits that new technology solutions bring.

We are progressing a range of projects to investigate different supply options, new technology solutions and how they stand up in our harsh Queensland conditions, to transform how we supply our rural and remote customers and communities right at the fringe of our electricity network.
