Safe access to the Point of Attachment – What your customers need to know

As a licensed Electrical Contractor, you are a key partner in ensuring the safety and reliability of Queensland’s electricity network. We have recently launched a new social media campaign with important point of attachment safety messages for customers.

Our crews must be able to safely access the point of attachment of the service line at your customer’s property. Our crews require safe access via a ladder or other equipment and are restricted from climbing on to or across roofs for safety reasons.
