    LV CT metering advice form

    For use by contractors and switchboard manufacturers to advise of LV CT revenue metering installations.

    Important information:

    • Switchboard Layout and Single Line Diagram must be supplied
    • For switchboards containing multiple CT meters, it is essential to provide the details (CX or EWR, NMI, and Max Load) for each of the connections that require assessment via this webform
    • Please identify the NMI that will be associated with each CT chamber
    • When opting for the expedited* service, you will be charged a single fee per submission
    • If you require expedited* assessments for additional connections within the same switchboard at a later date, another expedited fee will apply for each subsequent service request
    • An accepted offer must be in place for all connections that require assessment in this submission.
