We run a range of forums so we can listen to you and work together to improve our services. We work with customers, councils and industry partners. These forums help us plan for the future and make better decisions.

Public Lighting Forums

Our Public Lighting Forums let us work with councils and stakeholders to plan lighting services.

We manage more than 500,000 public lights across Queensland. We also keep billing records for lights owned by councils and other customers.

We provide public lighting services to:

  • 70 local councils in the Ergon Energy Network area
  • 13 local councils in the Energex area
  • The Department of Transport and Main Roads across Queensland.

Together, we plan lighting services that are:

  • Safe and reliable
  • Cost‑effective
  • Flexible for future needs.

Large Customer Forums

Our Large Customer Forums help us work closely with our largest customers.

We focus on:

  • Responding quickly to customer questions and concerns
  • Working together and sharing useful insights
  • Using clear and consistent processes.

  • Share feedback
  • Learn about issues that may affect your business.

Energy Retailer Forums

Our Retailer Support and Customer Advocacy teams help with quick responses to requests.

We collect feedback through:

  • Day-to-day interactions
  • Annual surveys.

Our Energy Academy sessions are for electrical contractors across Queensland.
