Customer Connection Guarantee

As part of the Queensland Government Energy Roadmap, we have introduced a new Customer Connection Guarantee to provide greater transparency around electricity connection timeframes and help improve the connection experience for customers and industry.

For 2026–27, we are targeting:

• 90% of subdivision and developer works completed within the target timeframe
• 90% of negotiated connections delivered within agreed timeframes
• Maintaining the approximately 40% improvement in subdivision timeframes introduced from 1 July 2025.
