With a digital meter you’ll have the convenience of monthly billing, which is great for paying your account in smaller, more manageable amounts.
Moving to monthly billing
The process of switching your meter will generate two interim bills before you commence your monthly bills.
The first of these bills will be for the period between your last bill and the date of your meter change. The next one will be for the short period between your meter change and the start of your normal monthly bill cycle.
From then on, your bills will be issued in a regular monthly cycle.
This is a completely normal process and won’t impact any payment plans, Centrepay or direct debit arrangements you may have in place.
