Registering is simple – just have your account number handy, which you’ll find in the ‘account details’ section on the front of your Ergon Retail bill.

When financial difficulties can arise, we’re here to support you if we can.

If you think you may have difficulty paying your existing bill, we can set up a payment extension to help you pay your account balance in full at a later date, or in a schedule of affordable instalments.

Email means you’ll get your bill when it’s generated, so you won’t have to wait days for the post.  Receive and check your bills and any other alerts from us wherever you have access to your emails.
