It's really simple – update your communication preferences to get your bills by email today.

We send them straight to your email inbox, attached as a PDF that looks exactly like what you'd receive in the post.

With e-Bill you'll also receive:

  • notification of any updates to your account by email
  • news and information that matters to you.

Along with your personal details, all you need is your Ergon Energy Retail account number and an active email address. You can find your account number in the 'account details' section on the front of your electricity bill.

You'll need to be the account holder or authorised representative to change your communication preferences.

Change the way you pay!

When you set up Direct Debit, your bills are paid automatically on the date you choose. You can either pay the full quarterly amount, or break it down into weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments.

To register, simply complete the Direct Debit Authority Form (PDF 98.9 kb) or call us on 13 10 46 (7am – 6.30pm, Mon – Fri). If you decide later to change your payment method, this service can be cancelled at any time.

You can return to receiving your Ergon Energy Retail bill by post at any time.  To change your communication preferences, please update your details online or call us on 13 10 46 (7am - 6.30pm, Mon - Fri).
