Registration tips

When you register, you’ll be asked if you have a residential or business account:

  • If you’re an employee registering on behalf of a company or organisation, please select the ‘Business’ option
  • If you’re a sole trader, please select the ‘Residential’ option

How do I register for My Account?

Registering for My Account is quick and easy – simply visit the registration page and follow the prompts.

Where do I find the energy management tools in My Account?

You can find the energy management tools in the ‘Energy analysis’ section of My Account.

I’m already registered for My Account. Do I need to do anything?

If you’re already registered for My Account you don’t need to do anything. You can login to My Account anytime to monitor your energy and manage your account all in the one handy location.

Will I continue to receive monthly email reports?

Yes, if you've registered for My Account you’ll start to receive monthly email reports again from the start of June 2019.

Do I need to re-enter information about my premises in My Account?

Your information will still be available in My Account. You will also have the opportunity to add additional information to help you receive more targeted energy tips and benchmarking.

I have consolidated accounts. Why can’t I register for My Account?

My Account is not currently available to customers with consolidated accounts. However you can continue accessing our free energy monitoring tools by registering for Energy Analysis.

I’m a consultant with authorised access to multiple business accounts. What can’t I register for My Account?

My Account is not currently available to those with authorised access to multiple business accounts (e.g. energy consultants). However you can continue accessing our free energy monitoring tools by registering for Energy Analysis.

How do I register for Energy Analysis?

Energy Analysis is our free energy monitoring tool for customers with consolidated accounts and authorised access to multiple business accounts. You can sign up for Energy Analysis via our registration form.
