Digital meters can help make life easier, with access to a range of benefits and resources to manage your electricity use at home.

For example, digital meters are read electronically so there’s no need to lock up dogs or unlock gates for meter readers each time.

We’ll also send your bills monthly, which is great for managing your budget.

From 1 December 2017, you can also request access to HomeSmart Savvy – our FREE online energy portal which shows you how much electricity you’re using each day and helps you track your usage against your targets.

If you donate to the Royal Flying Doctor Service or subscribe to Clean Energy through your bills, these amounts will be applied to each monthly bill. You can change your voluntary contributions anytime online.

Customers moving to a new or replacement digital meter will see the same price and fees as basic meters.
