Before submitting your claim for a cashback make sure you have the following handy:
• National Metering Identifier (NMI) – found on your electricity bill
• Battery storage system make and model number
• Bank details where you would like the cashback to be deposited
• Network Connection (CX) number, which we provided after the battery system connection application was submitted and approved. (If you don’t know the CX number then you’ll need to provide your installer’s name, email and phone number).
