Customer engagement program

The aim of our engagement program has been to hear from you, our customers, what you value now and what you expect moving forward. Your views have helped shape our future investment plans.

How we engaged with you

Our customer and stakeholder engagement has continued since the submission of our original and revised Regulatory Proposal. Most recently we engaged with stakeholders on our Distribution Annual Planning Report and our electricity demand forecasts.

Our main customer engagement program is detailed in the paper Informing Our Plans, Our Engagement Program (PDF 1.1 mb). This program began in July 2013 and involved the following phases.

We listened to our customers, the peak bodies that represent them and other stakeholders, through listening sessions, customer research, through our Customer Council, and online engagement.
