To promote competition in the supply of electricity services, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) Ring-fencing Guideline seeks to ensure a level playing field in new and existing markets.

We are committed to complying with the Guideline no later than 1 January 2018 as required.

Compliance strategy

We are continuing to assess the impact of the Guideline on our services and have recently submitted our compliance strategy to the AER.
