If you've been contracted to work with us or supply us with products, or you're making a tender application, you should be aware of our sustainable procurement policy and our purchasing terms and conditions.

Purchasing terms and conditions

If you have been engaged to supply us with good and services, you must read a number of documents that apply to all purchase orders, contracts or other forms of agreement that you have in place with Ergon Energy.

As part of the terms and conditions of your engagement with Ergon Energy you must read and abide by the Work Health and Safety Conditions and any related documents.

For Purchase Order terms and conditions, where there is no contract or other form of agreement in place, you must read the Purchasing Terms and Conditions.
