Employee volunteering

Across Queensland, many of us love to get ‘hands on’ and volunteer with our local community organisations.

That’s why we encourage our people to support their communities with two days of volunteering leave each year, knowing every extra pair of helping hands makes a real difference.

We recognise and are proud to support the important contribution volunteering makes in the community. We also know the very positive impact volunteering has for our people.

Because our people are free to nominate volunteering activities that are close to their hearts, lots of very different organisations in every corner of our state receive critical assistance. The people who put their hands up are sincerely interested in creating a positive outcome for the cause.

Check out our gallery below to see some of the organisations where our people have been able to make a difference.
