Graduate FAQs

How do I apply?

When applications are open you need to complete the online application form. Applications for graduate positions are advertised in March/April for commencement in either February or July the following year. We will advertise that applications are now open on our Key dates webpage.

When do I need to have completed my degree?

Your undergraduate degree must be completed no less than two years before the commencement date of the program in February or July. Integrated Bachelor and Master degree will be accepted as long as students meet this completion timeframe.

I do not have permanent residency. Can I apply for a graduate or intern position?

No, you must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident when you apply.

I am currently in my 1st or 2nd year of a degree. Can I apply for the Graduate Program?

You must have graduated or be eligible for graduation prior to commencing with us, so you would not be eligible to apply until your final year of study. However, students can apply for our Undergraduate programs.

How long is the program?

Our Graduate Program is three years.

Is this a permanent job?

Yes. You are appointed as a permanent employee (subject to successfully passing your probation period).

What is the annual salary?

Remuneration will be from $86,000 per annum, on a 9 Day Fortnight, with ongoing opportunities for pay progression. The grade and level of payment will be subject to working arrangements and an assessment of the successful applicant’s knowledge, skills and competencies that are required in this position.

Where are the positions located?

Opportunities to start your graduate journey with us are available in one of the below Queensland locations:

What training and development is involved?

Each graduate will have a development plan that is monitored. The support structure consists of 70% on job training, 20% coaching and mentoring and 10% formal technical and business training.

Graduates are encouraged to be a proactive contributor towards their development and career planning and remain engaged with mentors and supervisors to discuss their ongoing skills development.

What happens when I finish the program?

During the final year of the program, you are encouraged to apply for positions at the next level. Upon completion, you either remain on the program and continue to rotate throughout the business until a suitable role is available and accepted, or you will be appointed to a suitable role.
