Locking access to your meter will stop vandalism and electricity theft and provide you with better security for your home and business.
An Ergon Energy Metering Lock Security System allows you to access your meter while also allowing access by Ergon Energy Meter Readers.*

* Ergon Energy does not accept the use of private customer locks to secure access to meters such that our Meter Readers need to carry private customer keys. Other locking arrangements such as dual locking systems, PINs for electronic gates and key boxes are also acceptable, please discuss with API Queensland Locksmiths if required.
