Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
With EFT, you can transfer money directly from your bank account to our bank account. To arrange EFT, please call us on 13 10 46.
Pay your energy bill automatically by direct debit - weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly. Contact us on 13 10 46 to arrange for this service or download our Direct Debit Authority Form (PDF 66.3 kb) which you can mail to us free of charge.
Pay your bill directly from your financial institution account by telephone or online.
You will need to contact your financial institution to arrange access to their telephone or Internet banking services.
You will need to quote the biller code number on the payment slip on your bill.
And BPAY ViewTM is the paperless way to receive your electricity bills. This convenient service allows you to view and pay your bills online. For more information on how to register, visit the BPAY View website.
Cheque/money order via mail
Simply tear off the bottom portion of your account and mail it to the address shown with your cheque or money order. Please note that cheques may take three to seven days to clear.
Credit card via phone
Call 1300 363 214 to pay your bill by credit card. Please note that we accept only Visa and MasterCard.
Credit card via internet
You can pay your account online using your credit card, Debit MasterCard, or Visa Debit card.
This convenient service is provided by Australia Post's Postbillpay.
Pay in person
Queensland customers can pay their bill at Australia Post or any other Ergon Energy agency. Please contact us on 13 10 46 for your nearest payment location.
