You can view the latest updated information on planned interruptions across regional Queensland by clicking here
As we continue to improve our electricity network in Regional Queensland through planned
maintenance and upgrades, we always aim to minimise the impact of any interruption that may
affect you.
Except in emergencies, if an upgrade or maintenance to the network requires us to interrupt
supply, we'll notify you at least two business days before the planned interruption.
The date, and the estimated start and finish times of the planned interruption will be
communicated to you by mail, letterbox drop, newspaper or radio advertisement, email, phone,
fax or flyer.
In the event of an emergency planned interruption, we may not be in a position to update our planned interruptions page in time. If you are without power and your street does not appear on the planned interruptions page, please telephone Ergon Energy Faults on 13 22 96.
If your power goes out - from the safety of your own home, look out the window or contact neighbours to check if the interruption is affecting only your property or is more widespread.
If your street does not appear on the planned interruptions page, please contact us on 13 22 96. It provides regular advice on power interruptions and, if possible, when we expect to have it restored.
