The employability skills describe generic competencies for effective participation in work. Employability skills are embedded in training package units of competency, and employability skills summaries have been prepared for each training package qualification. They are also referred to as generic skills, capabilities or key competencies.
Visit the Employability Skills Summaries website for more information.
Another service that we offer to develop our people is Course Source, a training and development service offering a comprehensive range of programs and recognised qualifications to suit both individual and business needs. We also have a Succession Management Program which seeks to identify high potential employees and provide them with opportunities and training to develop specific skills to help them advance in their careers.
