Technical traineeships
These four-year programs have two streams – Electrical Officer/Para-professional or Electrical Semi-professional (Associate degree qualified) and Electrical System Designer (Certificate IV qualified). A technical traineeship comprises on-the-job experience, off-the-job rotations throughout Ergon Energy, and tertiary training to cover the theory components of the role.
