The recruitment process

The following is a brief guide to the steps in our recruitment process for the Graduate Program.

  1. Complete application; including attaching an up-to-date CV and latest academic transcript and submit before the closing date
  2. Complete unsupervised online aptitude testing
  3. Telephone interview conducted
  4. Attend an assessment centre
  5. Complete on-line personality profile
  6. Attend Ergon Energy panel interview
  7. Reference check/s completed
  8. Employment offer.

As you can see, it's a thorough process. If you receive an employment offer, you will generally be expected to start work in January, however this year we will also have a small mid-year intake in Rockhamption.
