The recruitment process
The following is a brief guide to the steps in our recruitment process for the Graduate Program.
- Complete application; including attaching an up-to-date CV and latest academic transcript and submit before the closing date
- Complete unsupervised online aptitude testing
- Telephone interview conducted
- Attend an assessment centre
- Complete on-line personality profile
- Attend Ergon Energy panel interview
- Reference check/s completed
- Employment offer.
As you can see, it's a thorough process. If you receive an employment offer, you will generally be expected to start work in January, however this year we will also have a small mid-year intake in Rockhamption.
