BUSHFIRE SAFETY

Bushfires also disrupt power supply and threaten property and lives. Bushfires are a common summer threat in many parts of Queensland, and often cause power disruptions.

Ergon Energy is committed to restoring power as quickly as possible once fires have passed through and it is safe to do so.

We also encourage bush residents to make themselves aware of bushfire survival skills. Check out the Queensland firebrigade website for great bushfire information.
