For
the past five years, Ergon Energy has been a proud supporter of
the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) in Queensland. During that
time, Ergon Energy customers and staff have raised more than $3
million to help provide improved emergency and routine medical care
facilities throughout the state.
Through this partnership, Ergon Energy customers are encouraged
to donate either $2 or $5 onto their electricity bills to help support
the RFDS. Every cent of these donations is forwarded to the RFDS
to assist in their Aircraft Replacement Program and the updating
of vital medical equipment.
