Ergon Energy's Statement of Corporate Intent (SCI) is prepared each financial year in accordance with Section 9 and Part 8 of the Government Owned Corporations Act (1993) (the GOC Act). The Statement of Corporate Intent (PDF 1.2 mb) is reported against in our latest Annual Report.
The SCI represents a formal performance agreement between Ergon Energy's Board of Directors and it's Shareholding Ministers - the Minister for Energy and Water Supply and Treasurer and Minister for Trade - with respect to the financial and non-financial performance targets specified for the financial year. The SCI also represents an acknowledgement and agreement on major activities, the objectives, undertakings, policies, and investments and borrowings of Ergon Energy for the financial year.
